About us
Hi, I’m Kate – a personal trainer and nutritionist based on the Powys/Shropshire border.
I help women get stronger, move more and improve their nutrition without feeling like fitness needs to take over their life.
My approach is practical, supportive and evidence-based. Whether you’re returning to exercise after having a baby, want some structure and accountability, or simply want to feel stronger and healthier, I’ll help you find a way that works for you and your life.

How I got here
After years of being interested in fitness and nutrition, I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2018. In 2020, I started working with clients alongside my marketing work. What began relatively small quickly grew into a business I loved.
COVID meant quickly adapting to online workouts and coaching, and showed me that great support didn’t always have to happen face-to-face. That flexibility has remained an important part of how I work today.
The more people I worked with, the clearer it became that exercise is only one part of the picture. I continued studying nutrition and expanded my qualifications so I could support clients with their training, food and habits together.
I became a mum to Thomas and stepped away from the business for maternity leave.
Experiencing trying for a baby, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, birth, recovery and motherhood myself gave me a completely new appreciation for how difficult it can be to prioritise your own health when time, energy and headspace are limited.
I’m returning to work with a slightly different perspective.
I still believe in structured, progressive training and evidence-based nutrition — but I believe even more strongly that it has to work in real life.
This chapter brings that together through personal training, coaching, classes and simple ways to make movement and nutrition part of everyday life.
